Not at all like Chinese sweet and sour, these yummy vegetables and fish get their flavor from pineapple and tamarind.្ Most amounts are whatever you feel like or have on hand, and if you’re lucky you’ll find some of the herbs growing near your house! I’d love to hear if anyone attempts this recipe, though you’ll have to take the general idea and make it your own, using whatever herbs and ingredients you can find!
